Job/Project Overview
As a Client Enablement Project Lead, you will be a member of the Client Enablement team in the development and deployment of our best-in-class market access pull-through solutions for our biopharmaceutical clients. The products include interactive platforms and tools that our biopharmaceutical clients use to optimize their sales and marketing strategies. In this role, you will build your expertise in a variety of areas including communication, organization, critical thinking, project management, and biopharmaceutical commercialization.
This role will be specifically aligned with 1-2 clients to ensure projects are completed with high-quality deliverables in a timely fashion.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with mentors and leadership to facilitate learning and career growth through the development of competencies in project management
• Develop expertise in client Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review systems and approval processes for our product
• Develop MLR submissions and presentations in collaboration with our MLR teams
• Configure training materials to support our solutions used by biopharmaceutical sales representatives
• Collaborate with team members regarding MLR submissions, design templates, business requirements, and project status
• Edit application design templates with attention to detail as a part of MLR submission
• Assist client management team in the communication of client deliverables and project plan maintenance
• Develop an understanding of managed markets and payer data to improve client engagement and project management capabilities
Qualifications
• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and flexibility to work outside the company’s standard hours of operation when necessary
• Internet connection that will support working on large files, video, and audio calls
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to travel up to 5% for a hybrid option
• Strong communication, high learning agility, collaboration, effective time management, and ability to work in a cross-functional team
Preferred:
• Project Coordination experience
• MS Office, Project Management Software, and Adobe Creative Suite experience
