Job/Project Overview

This role is focused on internal support of Thumbprint Consulting to help streamline, track and manage clients/projects. This Project Manager and Data Analyst will be at the forefront of driving results and impact across the client portfollio. They will play a crucial role in researching, tracking, and analyzing data within our preferred platforms, including monday.com, SharePoint, and Instrumental. By leveraging your analytical skills, you will contribute to streamlining processes, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making and drive the success of our organization. This position offers a hands-on experience in project management and data analysis, as well as providing valuable exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools to present findings and insights effectively.
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with complex datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and potential areas for improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate findings, present recommendations, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of business processes and an understanding of how data analysis contributes to decision-making and organizational success.

Pedro Sanchez-Villa (preceptor) serves as Director of Client Relations of Thumbprint Consulting. Pedro has been at the fore-front of developing several innovative programs and secured over $5M in funding over the past year. Pedro loves to share his skills and experiences to help further develop new leaders. He brings a balance of teaching and results to his preceptorship.
