Job/Project Overview
A critical priority for the PRECISIONxtract team is to create and deploy a people development strategy that accelerates new talent engagement and enhances individual growth via real-world learning. As the team has grown, there is a need to create a centralized, automated learning system that houses key resources in a usable, ongoing learning framework.
This role will work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure strong collaboration with the local business and corporate Learning and Development (L&D) team. The work will focus on the coordination of a learning framework to be deployed in a common system utilized by the corporate L&D team.
The ideal candidate will be able to:
– Collaborate with department leaders to develop a library of current training offerings
– Collaborate with L&D advisor to create a new centralized SharePoint site to store training offerings
– Create, manage, and execute project plans using the Wrike project management software to evaluate each training offering
– Utilize best practices in adult learning to construct new, engaging training that accelerate new hire role competency – Direct/execute the updating of training content
– Develop employee communication plans for new training offerings and tracking of successful employee completion
Qualifications Required:
• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time and flexibility to work outside the company’s standard hours of operation when necessary
• Internet connection that will support working on large files, video, and audio calls
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to travel up to 5% for a hybrid option
• Strong communication, high learning agility, collaboration, effective time management, and ability to work in a cross-functional team
Preferred:
• Project Coordination experience
• MS Office, Project Management Software, and Adobe Creative Suite experience
