Job Description

The clinic provides quality care to all, regardless of age, race, religion, gender, beliefs, culture, mental or physical ability, sexual orientation, or gender identity. The IDC interdisciplinary team of care coordinators, doctors, interpreters, nurses, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and social workers partners with each patient to provide quality care through individualized treatment plans, education, and access to clinical trial research. Much of our work consists of providing care/services to those people living with HIV and their significant others to prevent interruption of medical care and to facilitate healthy living by linking clients to non-HIV medical care, emotional support services, financial assistance, medical insurance, transportation, and other community resources.
