Job/Project Overview

Manages a complex portfolio of projects for the assigned business unit. Ensures projects are managed appropriately, utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes, tools, and resource planning. Develops project plans based on customer specifications that result in optimized performance, cost savings, efficiency and overall return on investments.

Preceptor

Elizabeth Thompson is the Service Line Administrator for IU Health Southern Indiana Physicians. She has extensive experience working for the last 25 years as a healthcare executive in private practice, non-profit and hospital health systems with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of physician practice operations as well as collaboration within health system service lines. Elizabeth is currently working within a dyad leadership structure in surgical specialties with an emphasis on strategy.
