What You’ll Do:
✨ Advise and support MSHM students (residential & online)
✨ Plan onboarding, orientation & engagement activities
✨ Develop recruitment pipelines & partnerships
✨ Oversee practicum logistics & student retention initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
✔ 2+ years in student services or higher ed
✔ Strong communication & organizational skills
✔ Passion for student success & engagement
