JSoM Graduate Students!
Do you have a knack for finance? An eye for entrepreneurship? A desire to use your talents beyond the practice room? The Jacobs School of Music is making it possible for one lucky graduate student to participate in the IU Ventures Fellows program next year. This is a 12-month program (5-10 hours per month) starting in January 2024. No experience in VC funding required.
ABOUT THE IU VENTURES PROGRAM
The Fellows Program provides students with the opportunity to gain experience sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and investing in new ventures through course work, internships, and on-campus experiences. Fellows will engage with IU alumni and industry experts working in venture finance, creating lasting relationships, opening up opportunities, and perhaps even establishing a career!
Requirements:
– Currently enrolled graduate level student at IU Bloomington
– Able to commit to 12-month program (January- December 2024)
– Ability to devote 5-10 hours per month during the school year
A VC (venture capital) internship or project during the summer will be offered to all participants.
