In a bonus episode of WWYK, I talk with Olga Kalentzidou from Geography about how she used reflective ePortfolios in her Geography of Foods class. During remote instruction, Olga replaced her hands-on food labs with remote cooking experiences, having students document and reflect on their cooking through a range of portfolio activities. As she returns to on-campus teaching, she is hoping to keep this reflective component as a complement to her physical lab sessions.
If you have something to share—or know of a colleague who does—let me know, and we will set up an interview. To see all our “What Will You Keep”? videos, look for the WWYK tag in our blog.
