The Big Red Basketball Band, or BRBB, is a 100-member ensemble comprised of Marching Hundred members. The BRBB rehearses once a week in the spring semester and members receive one hour of academic credit.
The BRBB performs at all home men’s basketball games as well as select away trips including the annual IU vs. Kentucky game in Indianapolis or Louisville, the Big Ten Tournament and the NCAA Tournament. The BRBB’s version of the William Tell Overture was voted “Outstanding Time Out” in College Basketball in 2001.
