Band Camp/2022 Season

Greetings, Marching Hundred members new and returning!

Tuesday August 16 at 7pm:  start date for returning wind players (“vets”) playing the same instrument as in 2021.

Sunday August 14 at 1pm: start date for first-year members and vets playing a different instrument than in 2021.

Band Camp Schedule

Sunday August 14: RedSteppers and Drumline start (TBA – but expect morning). First-year winds start 1pm.
Monday August 15: Morning, afternoon, evening sessions for RedSteppers, Drumline, and first-year winds
Tuesday August 16: Continued morning/afternoon rehearsals for RS, Drumline, first-year winds. Return of “vet” winds in evening with “Vet Night”
Wednesday August 17: Morning, afternoon, evening sessions for all Marching Hundred members.
Thursday August 18: Morning, afternoon, evening sessions for all Marching Hundred members.
Friday August 19: Morning, afternoon, evening sessions for all Marching Hundred members. Spirit and Traditions performance in the evening.
Saturday August 20: Morning, afternoon, evening sessions for all Marching Hundred members. Evening session tentatively in Memorial Stadium
Sunday August 21: No practices
Monday August 22: Fall 2022 semester starts. Marching Hundred rehearsals daily Monday through Friday 4:30pm-6:05pm.

Travel

• A road trip is still under consideration by IU Athletics.
• We would also travel to B1G Championship on Dec 3 if team makes the game.
• Bowl game over Winter Break too if team makes bowl.
• Postseason travel is expected of everyone.
