- Demonstrated education and/or experience in quantitative analytical chemistry, including LC\MS, GC\MS, SPE, LLE and LSE instrumentation and techniques and
- Strong written, oral and electronic communication skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience programming in Python, R or other scripting languages.
- Be at least 18 years of age and
- Have earned at least a Bachelor degree in the fields of Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Sciences, or related field of study from an accredited university or college within the last 24 months and
- Be a citizen of the United States of America or a Legal Permanent Resident.

- BA/BS degree in any Natural Science discipline, Engineering Discipline or Biotechnology OR MBA OR Master’s degree or PhD in any Natural Science discipline, Engineering Discipline or Biotechnology
- Outstanding academic performance (top scores)
- Knowledge in biotechnology, filtration and chromatography along with affinity for product and process development
- International experience or exposure to global working enviornment
- First practical experience via internships within R&D
- High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or additional language skills
