Friday, October 3, 2025 – Discovery to Delivery: Indiana Libraries Resource Sharing Conference.
The Discovery to Delivery (D2D) Conference, hosted by the Academic Libraries of Indiana and the Indiana State Library, is a free one-day resource sharing conference that is open to all Indiana libraries- public, academic, school, special, institutional, and more. This year will be a hybrid conference featuring on site and zoom options.
The conference will be held at the Indiana University Indianapolis University Library, 755 W. Michigan St., Indianapolis, IN 46202 from 9:00 AM – 3:30PM.
The planning committee is soliciting presentation proposals for Discovery to Delivery 2025 breakout sessions and poster sessions. If you are interested in developing and sharing a presentation, please fill out the form here: https://forms.gle/s763g2bLfyeK5xC47.
Submission Deadline: 4 PM (EDT) 15 July 2025.
Presentations should be approximately 30-35 minutes in length with an additional 10 minutes at the end of each session for questions and discussion. The conference is open to all Indiana libraries, and the audience will include attendees from academic, public, and special libraries. Staff of public libraries are especially encouraged to submit proposals.
*For poster sessions, presenters should be able to print posters on their own and bring them on the day of the conference.
