Library Technologies Support Analyst
The Ball State University Libraries is looking for a talented collaborator and detail-oriented technical analyst to join our committed and highly engaged team as Library Technologies Support Analyst. As part of the Library Data and Discovery Solutions group in the University Libraries, the successful candidate will provide support, administration, analysis, workflow assistance and development work on enterprise-wide library solutions including Ex Libris Alma, Summon and Leganto, plus the ILLiad and EZProxy solutions. The incumbent will integrate and implement new library technologies in cooperation with the Head of Library Technologies and other library personnel.
