Just a reminder students:
For those students either already graduated in December 2020 or you are potentially graduating this May, June or August of 2021.
Due to the continued COVID-19 virus restrictions, the School of Informatics and Computing celebration of graduating students will be held virtually. Our Dean, Dr. Mathew Palakal, will be delivering a commencement address and our graduating students will be honored by having their picture and major listed in a scrolling fashion across the page. A commencement page is being created on the SOIC website which will house this commencement video along with any other information pertinent to our celebration.
If you would like to have your picture added to our graduate list, please send a picture to us along with your major and a short shout out if you like to a faculty member or fellow student, etc. You are welcome to wear a cap and gown in your picture but it is not required. The link to submit your information is: https://iu.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_81A7daK7yYXlxwW
Please submit your picture and/or information by Friday, April 30th! If you missed the deadline, please reach out (avincibo@iu.edu) and we can try to make something work.

Students graduating in May, June and August will be notified via email when degrees are officially conferred and official transcripts can be obtained. Diplomas will be ordered and once those are available, another email will be sent to verify mailing addresses so those diplomas can be mailed to your homes.
If you have any questions concerning our virtual SOIC commencement celebration, please feel free to email me. In the meantime, please watch your email for future updates!

When will the commencement video be posted so I can make sure my family can watch it.
