The Research Associate will provide support to development units and officers throughout the Indiana University system by tracking the accomplishments and life events of alumni and donors, as well as tracking their interest and ability to provide support to Indiana University.
The successful candidate will have strong problem solving and communication skills, and will work well individually and in a collaborative team when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; Library Science, SPEA, English, and Journalism preferred (4 years of fundraising experience if no degree)
Excellent written skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with proofreading, working in databases, and internet based research
Strong customer service skills and an understanding of fundraising practices
Attention to detail and quality
Strong follow-through skills
