- Hours: Full-time, 32 hours per week
- Schedule: Dependent on events schedule; but will include weekends, evenings, and 3-4 week days
- Starting Hourly Rate: $19.00 per hour
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

A successful candidate will…
- Have six months/one year of advanced study or training past high school or equivalency.
- Events related certificate or education preferred.
- One year of experience preferred, or equivalent school/training and volunteer experience
- Be available to work evening and weekend hours as needed.
What does the job look like?
- Assists with event space inquires via phone, email and in-person.
- Assists with conducting site tours.
- Completes and submit accounts payable vouchers and process deposits.
- Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of social media tools and website.
- Creates and posts event signage.
- Assists in the planning and preparing for events and meetings.
- Assists with setup of event spaces prior to event start times and tear down of event spaces following the event.
- Works alongside event vendors and security personnel for execution of the event.
- Willing to work an irregular scheduled including frequent nights, weekends, and holidays based on events scheduled.
- Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.
