Job Summary
Department Specific Responsibilities
- Creates, curates, and maintains photo and video collections produced by Kelley marketing staff and vendors using digital asset management system.
- Serves as the point of contact for internal and external image requests including selecting, retrieving, and delivering content that effectively conveys the Kelley brand story.
- Enters and maintains a unique metadata system similar to library cataloguing systems, requiring a firm grasp of information systems and hierarchies.
- Manages photo collections for web publishing and marketing campaigns.
- Learns and applies knowledge on how digital asset management system can be utilized to improve user experience for both internal and external users.
Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, library science, or a related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
- 1 year of related work experience
- Experience with metadata and methods for organizing and storing information.
SKILLS
Required
Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong ability to select high-quality photos/video to tell a story.
- Ability to work independently and follow defined processes.
- Basic understanding of media formats.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn to work with new technologies.
Preferred
- Experience with digital archiving/keywording as well as digital asset management systems.
- Customer service experience.
Work Hours
This position will work up to 29 hours per week during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
