Please consider participating in the research study, “Comparative data visualization literacy skills of information science students.” This study consists of one online survey that should take between 13 – 17 minutes to complete. It concerns data visualization literacy skills. Data visualization is the representation of information in the form of a chart, diagram, or picture. Some common examples include a bar chart, line graph, or scatter plot.
The purpose of this study is to assess what students perceive their data visualization literacy skills are, and what their skills are as measured using the Visual Literacy Assessment Tool, a validated and reliable measurement tool.
