“I was really nervous about this class. I have very little background with statistics and considered myself upon entering this class a complete beginner to data. Not only has my own personal data literacy improved immensely, but I feel like now I have been
equipped with the skills to locate, evaluate, and use data in a local context to develop or support community programs.”
“The course content was certainly challenging, but I found it to be exceptionally rewarding and I cannot wait to use the skills I have learned in my future.”
“The content of this course inspired me to develop a partnership with a local community organization where we are working on several research projects that are data–focused.”
