Internship results in full-time temporary position
Christina Friesen completed a summer 2021 archives internship at Linfield University in McMinnville, Oregon. Major projects included completing arrangement and description of the Jackie Winters Historical Documents Collection, assisting with Oregon Wine History Archive oral history interviews, including video transcription and database review, and providing reference research assistance. Upon completion of the internship, she was offered and accepted a temporary position for the 2021-2022 school year as the Oregon Wine History Archive coordinator and digital repository administrator. Christina has worked for 18 years as a quality assurance and business development director for a clinical pharmaceutical research company.
