The cost to apply as a non-degree undergraduate is $60. However, if students were previous Purdue students it looks like there is a $100 re-admission fee (in place of the application fee). The tuition for 2018-19 on a credit hour basis (1-7 credits) is $347.85 (for an Indiana resident). Our class is 1 credit, does not have a book or lab fees, so for an Indiana resident student who has not attended Purdue previously would be $407.85.
