Project Title: Collection Catalog
Department: Library
Reports to: Director of Information Services
Salary: $16 per hour
Start date: May 1, 2018 or before
Projected end date: August 2018 (potentially longer)
Schedule: Schedule and hours to be discussed & agreed upon between the successful candidate & the hiring manager. Normal business hours of 8-5 preferred.

Project Summary: We are seeking one to two Library Science students to merge our existing library collection with a ten thousand book collection from another institution and to catalog an individual scholar’s library with our normal and special collections. Past experience with Koha software is preferred.
Project job duties and responsibilities may include any of the following:
- Create a project plan with Liberty Fund supervision to catalog and shelve new collections.
- Identify and remove duplicate titles.
- Fully catalog and review an independent library for installation into our special collection
Qualifications:
- Cataloging (LIS S504)
- OCLC or other similar system (LIS S554)
