LIS students planning to finish their course work in May, June, or August 2018 need to take care of two tasks:
- Be sure you complete and submit your Intent to Graduate Form sooner rather than later. This puts you on numerous “radars,” and allows LIS faculty and staff to better support your needs. Please do not panic if you already missed the deadline, but please do submit it immediately.

- Please contact Kym Kramer (kakramer@indiana.edu), LIS ePortfolio Coordinator, to ensure you are part of the current group preparing their Late Reflection ePortfolio work. She is actively working with upcoming graduates May—August 2018.
- If you already received Late ePortfolio communications from Kym sometime since December 2017 in regards to your ePortfolio graduation requirements, and you understand how to complete this graduation requirement, there is no need to contact her again.
- If you are not sure if you are getting communications about Late ePortfolios, or you should be receiving information and are not, please err on the side of checking with her.
- If you plan to graduate in December 2018, you may contact Kym to discuss starting your Late Reflection ePortfolio early.
There is a live ePortfolio tutorial session via Zoom this Saturday, January 13 from 8:30—9:45 a.m. EST. Please contact Kym if you plan to take part in the training session to receive the link, and to be added to the Canvas communication and Taskstream portals.
Students who are not graduating between May—December 2018 do not need to participate in this version of the ePortfolio requirements at this time.
