The IU/IUPUI Dept. of Library and Information Science is pleased to offer full-conference registration for the ILF annual conference, being held at the Marriott East hotel in Indianapolis on Tuesday and Wednesday (pre-conferences on Monday are not included) November 14-15, in exchange for THREE HOURS of volunteering.
The department will have a booth/table in the Exhibit Hall: 9 am to 5 pm on Tuesday and 9 am to 4 pm on Wednesday.
This booth will be a great place for IUPUI current students and alums to congregate and make connections; the conference is the premier professional development and networking event for librarians at all libraries and organizations and at all levels. - Describe your areas of interest and your position in the program (first semester, last semester….)
- Include any times during those hours that you PREFER or CANNOT do. (Accepting the scholarship will mean committing to a particular time slot). N
- Name two of the undergraduate and one of the graduate programs in the School of Informatics and Computing, IUPUI (http://soic.iupui.edu): we will be using this table to educate this community about the opportunities for themselves and their staff (at all levels, from pages to paraprofessionals to Ph.D.-seekers).
Apply as soon as possible; for priority consideration apply by Wednesday, October 12.
