Common Core LGBT Theatre Course Offered Fall 2021
THTR-T390 Dramatic Literature will be offered in the fall of 2021 fulfilling the Common Core ‘Literary and Intellectual Traditions’ requirement at the 300 level. This course will focus on the history and literature of LGBT theatre focusing on works from the 1960’s to the present. The effect of changing public attitudes and policies on the literature will be discussed as well as the effect of the literature on its audiences. The course is discussion based and prior theatre background is not necessary. If you are interested in learning about LGBT theatre and completing a common core requirement you can sign up for THTR-T390 Dramatic Literature, course number #44707.

CLS-L202 Laboratory Math and Techniques
CLS-L202 will be offered during the second 8 weeks of the fall semester on Mondays from 10:00 – 11:30. This one credit hour, hands-on course will offer an opportunity to gain introductory experience performing activities in the diagnostic laboratory such as serial dilutions, blood cell identification, blood typing, and bacterial culture. Join us for this course and discover your inner scientist!
CLS-L201 Introduction to the Diagnostic Laboratory
CLS-L201 will be offered during the first 8 weeks of the fall semester on Mondays from 10:00 – 11:30. This one credit hour course will introduce you to the profession located at the intersection of science, technology, and medicine. Each week, you will explore one of the many departments of the diagnostic laboratory. Whether you want to work in a hospital lab, reference lab, government public health lab or want to continue on to an advanced degree such as medicine or pathology assistant, the medical laboratory profession is right for you.
