GRANT DESCRIPTiONS AND DIRECT LINKS: The Learning Community Grant supports institutions in designing and implementing a combination of professional development workshops and learning communities aimed at better preparing faculty and staff to implement high-quality community engagement practices. Programs that connect faculty and staff across disciplines and infuse curricular and co-curricular experiences are encouraged. https://communityengagedalliance.org/learning-community/ The High-Impact Practices Grants supports projects aim to deepen student learning and development as a means of preparing the next generation of civic-minded leaders. These grants support the development and implementation of practices that strengthen community-campus partnerships. https://communityengagedalliance.org/high-impact-grant/ The Supporting Engagement and Authentic Dialogues (SEAD) grant supports a wide range of community engagement experiences that encourage the development of authentic relationships between the campus and community. Experiences may be short-term, co-curricular, or curricular community engagement activities, training, or advocacy initiatives that foster student civic development through collaborative efforts.
