As the semester comes to a close, we all set our eyes on the summer. Some of you may be teaching a course this summer, some may have research trips planned, while others may be taking the summer to enjoy Bloomington. At the Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning, we will be doing a little of all these things, as well as continuing with teaching and learning efforts all summer long.
This summer, IU is transitioning a few of our technology services and making changes for the better. These services include the technologies used for lecture capture, web meetings, and student response systems. Summer offers the perfect opportunity to learn a little more about these technologies, perhaps take a training or participate in a webinar, and start to explore the options available with these new tools.
Specifics about each of these new technologies have been linked below. Continue to check out the Events page on the CITL website for relevant summer workshops as well as keeping in touch with our weekly email newsletter. Of course, if you have very limited time this summer, reach out to schedule a one-on-one consultation to meet your specific needs. Next week, we will be sharing some additional summer of learning plans that are not related to technology retirements. Subscribe to the blog to be sure to not miss this opportunity for summer learning.
