October is full of opportunities for IU students to get involved, give back, and connect with the Bloomington community! Whether you’re looking to volunteer for a one-time event, support a local organization, or explore ongoing service opportunities, this month offers many ways to make a meaningful impact.
IU Corps works closely with a wide range of community partners who help identify local needs and create opportunities for students to engage in purposeful service. These experiences not only strengthen the community but also help students build valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and relationship building—skills that contribute to both personal growth and career readiness.
Below are several upcoming events and volunteer opportunities that IU Corps’ community partners have asked us to share for the rest of October. Take a look, find something that aligns with your interests or values, and get involved in making Bloomington an even stronger, more connected community.
