Congratulations Apurva Gadde, the 2021 Kenneth R. R. Gros Louis Scholarship recipient!
Named in honor of University Chancellor Emeritus Kenneth R. R. Gros Louis, this scholarship is awarded each spring to an Indiana University Bloomington student who demonstrates academic excellence, leadership in student activities, and a distinguished record of service as a good university citizen.
For 2021, we are delighted to recognize Apurva Gadde as the Kenneth R. R. Gros Louis Scholarship winner for her service, leadership, and excellence at IU and beyond.
Apurva Gadde
Apurva Gadde is majoring in Public Policy Analysis, Sustainable Business, and Marketing. Apurva has completed multiple internships at non-profits, for-profits and social enterprises where she focused on marketing and strategy. At Indiana University, she is currently President of the Alternative Break Program and the Founder of the Human Rights Awareness Council. Additionally, Apurva is also the Lead Intern for the IUB Women Rising student alliance team under the Center of Excellence for Women in Technology.
Apurva is incredibly honored to receive the Kenneth R. R. Gros Louis Scholarship, thanking her female mentors for pushing her to be the best version of herself:
