Congratulations to OTD Class of 2025, Sally Stephenson. Sally was awarded the prestigious OT Neurological Fellowship at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. The OT Neurological Fellowship at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab is a 12-month program with 4 clinical rotations and integrated teaching and research opportunities.
Let’s hear from Sally: “I am most excited to gain experience working with individuals across the lifespan who have a variety of complex neurological conditions and to work in multiple settings. I am looking forward to the mentorship this program offers as well! I had a rotation in outpatient neurological rehabilitation during my time as an OT student at IU, which piqued my interest in this area. This fellowship will provide foundational knowledge that I think will be a wonderful start to my OT career. With the long-term goal of contributing to evidence-based practice through research and getting involved in education, I think this fellowship will help me build the skills I need to be a leader in this profession”.
