IU Health South Central Region Rehabilitation Services consists of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy services for the entire lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Our teams consists of over 130 individuals that serve thousands of patients annually across 5 counties including Morgan, Monroe, Owen, Lawrence, and Orange to ensure that their quality of life is the best possible.

Job/Project Overview

During your time at IU Health Bloomington, you will work directly with the two Managers of Rehab Services with projects that focus on clinical efficiency, access to service, service line promotion and financial success. We will touch base weekly to discuss projects, assess progress, and help with any information needed to accomplish goals.

Self-driven
Good communicator
Organized and able to set-up meetings with weekly agendas
Working knowledge and use of Excel for data analytics

Preceptor

Ryan Taylor: I have been with IU Health for 16 years. I started my career as a full-time Physical Therapist and worked into a Leadership role where I support our Morgan, Spencer, and Bloomington sites
Heather Birk: I have been with IU Health for 23 years. I started my career as a full-time pediatric SLP at CTC and worked into a Leadership role where I support our Inpatient services at IUHB along with OP/IP services for Children’s Therapy Center, Bedford Hospital, and Paoli Hospital
