Name: Khaadhambari Meenakshi Sundaram
Graduation Year: 2024
Q: Where were you prior to MSHM?
Before MSHM, I received my undergrad in Engineering and postgrad in Business Administration and have a total work experience of 12.5 years of which the last 10.5 years have been in Public Healthcare Administration and Management in India.
Q: What is your favorite part of the MSHM program thus far?
I strongly believe that MSHM, which is offered jointly by O’Neill School and Kelley School of Business, two of the best schools in their respective domains, has been a great enabler in helping me understand the healthcare industry in the US. Industry-focused curriculum co-creation with healthcare leaders, strong employer networks, emphasis on creating a healthy student experience and employment opportunities make this program even more special to me.
Q: Have you worked with career services at Kelley or O’Neill? What did you take away from this experience?
Thus far, career services at Kelley are a great way to help me identify suitable potential future employment opportunities.
Q: Do you feel supported by program faculty and staff?
Yes, I do. The program faculty and staff have been extremely supportive in helping me explore relevant practicum opportunities where I am able to apply key skills like time management, communication, and project management that I got to learn as a part of my MSHM coursework.
