Relevance of Current Role to Undergraduate Major: My role within the life sciences sector heavily relies on the problem-solving and critical thinking skills honed during my time as a biology major at Wabash College. The MSHM program was pivotal in adapting these skills to a professional context and broadening my horizons beyond the life sciences!
Preparation for Employment Post-Graduation: The MSHM program emphasized the significance of crafting a detailed and impactful resume, which was crucial in my job search. The preparation I received for interviews also left me feeling confident and well-equipped.

Curriculum’s Impact on Professional Readiness: The curriculum, particularly the project management training and practicum experience, were integral in my acclimation to the professional world, allowing me to contribute meaningfully from the outset.

Emerging Industry Trends: The current transition to advanced AI capabilities and the ongoing evolution of work in the post-COVID era require a curriculum that equips students with the skills to navigate these changes.
