Each year, the Mosaic Initiative at Indiana University invites speakers to talk about topics related to active learning classrooms, often on research and classroom design. Last month, the Mosaic Initiative hosted three webinars highlighting new approaches to inclusive and flexible classroom designs. Our guest speakers for the 2022 webinar series represented higher ed institutions from across the United States.
In today’s blog, I want to share all three webinar recordings with you.
In the first session, which was recorded on February 3, 2022, Richard Holeton, Assistant Vice Provost for Learning Environments, Emeritus, at Stanford University and Crystal Ramsay, Director (interim), Teaching and Learning with Technology, at Penn State University discussed the recent creation of a section dedicated to inclusion (including physical, cultural, and cognitive) in Version 3 of the Learning Space Rating System (LSRS).
