Maurer Global Forum serves as the online medium for the Graduate Colloquium to promote research ideas and visions for the future, share professional experiences, and build the Maurer global community. The Forum is looking for legal scholars and experts interested in publishing short, timely online articles in each area of the different topics! Pieces should cover timely legal policy, news, debates, and cases. Postdoctoral Associate, The State University of New Jersey
Rutgers Law School seeks to hire a Postdoctoral Associate for the Blockchain and Fintech Program of the Center for Corporate Law and Governance. Working in collaboration with the Program Director on policy, academic and data research this position will be responsible for researching data, regulatory proposals and proposed legislation and assisting with producing policy-oriented publications related to that research. This will include writing blogs and essays and producing other publications on fintech, blockchain, and crypto assets. Applicants must have a JD or LLM degree, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. The position requires a minimum of one to three years of relevant professional experience in fintech, blockchain and/or crypto asset industry and/or legal and regulatory matters concerning fintech, blockchain and crypto.
Assistant Teaching Professor, University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth
The University of Massachusetts School of Law – Dartmouth invites applications from persons interested in teaching Legal Skills I and II courses in which students develop abilities in legal research, writing, analysis, and advocacy. Teaching Professors may apply to teach a summer course for additional compensation subject to the law school’s curricular needs and may apply for summer research stipends subject to the law school’s standard selection process for all faculty members. The position will begin in July 2023. Applicants must be available to teach in the day and evening/weekend divisions as needed. Applicants must have a law degree, strong academic credentials, and previous law teaching experience.
