Biography: Hsin-Yun (Cindy) Hsieh is currently pursuing her LL.M. degree at Indiana University Maurer School of Law, graduating in May 2025. Her academic focus lies in intellectual property and data privacy, and she served as the LL.M. Representative for both the First-Generation Law Association and the International Student Association.
Before coming to Indiana, Cindy earned her LL.M. in Financial and Economic Law from National ChengChi University and her LL.B. from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan. She has gained diverse legal experience through internships at the City of Bloomington Legal Department and tech company in Taiwan, where she developed interests in data-related legal issues and technology law. Cindy is passionate about bridging global legal perspectives and promoting responsible innovation.
