Postdoctoral Fellow, Northwestern University
The Management and Organizations (MORS) Department of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position within the Dispute Resolution and Research Center (DRRC). Applicants must have completed a PhD in a social science discipline (e.g., organizational behavior, sociology, psychology, economics) or in a related discipline that can inform the social sciences prior to the beginning of the fellowship. CITAP conducts original research that illuminates how people, technology, and power intersect. Our topics of study include: how inequalities are coded into new technology systems, networked communities and how people come together online, platform governance, and identity and disinformation. We take a holistic approach grounded in history, society, culture, and politics to the study of technology platforms and information systems. This is a one-year fellowship.
