Notre Dame Law School (NDLS) is offering a 2-year postgraduate position (Global Human Rights Clinic Legal Fellow) to work with the Clinic’s Founding Director on client representation matters involving human rights (civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights, as well as environmental, climate change, sustainability, and labor rights) before international, regional, and (some) constitutional courts, as well as international arbitral tribunals, human rights treaty bodies, and international decision-making bodies that directly affect human rights outcomes. Degree (Knowledge): US JD or a LLM or JSD with a focus on international human rights law.

The doctoral researcher will be working under the supervision of Professor Martin Stierle. The doctoral researcher’s main task will be to prepare a doctoral thesis at the intersection of patent law and sustainability. He/she will contribute to the overall research project.
