Biography:
Zijin Yan is a S.J.D. candidate at Indiana University Maurer Law School. Prior, she earned her LL.M. degree in 2019 from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also served as a trainee attorney in 2020. Zijin’s academic interests include intellectual property law, patent law, and trade secret law. Her S.J.D. dissertation focuses on how undisclosed enterprise data can be protected as trade secret in the US and China.
