First Amendment Legal Fellow, Tulane University
Under the direction of the Clinic’s Director, the Sunshine Fellow will be expected to: (1) conduct outreach to members of the press statewide to establish relationships and create partnerships, (2) engage in direct legal work and client representation related to public access issues faced by members of the press, including intake, legal research, drafting and filing pleadings, and handling litigation; and (3) creating community education materials and conducting community presentations. SPILS Teaching Fellow, Stanford University
The Stanford Program in International Legal Studies (SPILS), leading to the Master of Science of Law (JSM) degree, is offered to foreign students who have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in law. The Teaching Fellow for the SPILS program serves as the primary advisor for SPILS fellows, assists in teaching an empirical research methods seminar, and works closely with fellows and their faculty advisors from the design of the fellows’ thesis research through the submission of the written thesis. This position is intended primarily for people who expect to pursue an academic career in law or socio-legal studies. Candidates for the position should have a JD (or the equivalent for foreign scholars), and should have completed (or nearly completed) a doctoral degree in law or social science that included substantial coursework in socio-legal studies and experience applying empirical research methods broadly construed (i.e., whether in the form of quantitative or qualitative social science, or a more historical orientation). Applicants are sought for a two-year commitment, starting in August 2023, with the possibility of a third year by mutual agreement.
ISP Resident Fellow, Yale Law School
The ISP Resident Fellowship is designed for recent graduates of law or Ph.D. programs interested in an academic career and whose research is related to any of the ISP research areas. We specifically encourage applicants interested in working on projects related to the digital public sphere, including projects concerning freedom of speech, content moderation, privacy, antitrust, and algorithmic governance. Applicants must have completed their J.D., Ph.D., or equivalent degree prior to the beginning of the fellowship. ISP Resident Fellows are expected to write at least two academic works per year, to attend all ISP events, be present in the ISP facilities three full days per week, and to contribute to ISP programming. ISP Resident fellows are strongly urged to reside in the New Haven area.

Trinity College Law Review Vol XXVI – Call for Submissions
The Trinity College Law Review (TCLR) is Ireland’s oldest and leading student law journal. The TCLR is now accepting submissions for Volume XXVI of the print edition and the TCLR Online, our online companion to the print edition. The Editorial Board accepts papers in English, French, German or Irish. Publication in the Trinity College Law Review represents the culmination of valuable legal research and writing and is widely recognized as a significant achievement. We gladly accept articles and case notes from undergraduates, postgraduates, and graduates, in all areas of law. Numerous prizes are available for successful authors: see our website for further details. The submission deadline for Volume XXVI is 16th January 2023 at 17:00. Submissions for publication in the TCLR Online will be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the year. Submission Guidelines: TCLR Volume XXVI print edition: English articles should be no longer than 12,000 words excluding footnotes. French, German, and Irish articles should be no longer than 5,000 words. Case notes should be a maximum of 7,000 words. The Editorial Board may however consider longer scripts. TCLR Online: papers should be no longer than 1,500 words excluding footnotes. Authors are required to prepare their submissions in the OSCOLA style which can be found in the Authors’ Guide. The Authors’ Guide also contains a summary of all selection and editing procedures. Papers should be submitted by email in .doc/.docx format to: lawreview.trinitycollege@gmail.com.
