Daniel Larsen is the 4th place winner of the Regeneron Science Competition and received a $100,000 prize. What a great accomplishment!

Elson Koh is the winner of the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra Competition this year. He will be performing the entire Sibelius Concerto with the BSO in the Fall. Looking forward.

Robin Scott, currently a member of the Ying Quartet and Professor at Eastman, and former String Academy student gave a fabulous class and performed an inspiring concert at the JSoM. It was over 20 years ago that Robin was a Virtuosi member. Time runs molto allegro! Thank you!

Abby Ko has continued her winning streak. She place first in the Senior Division of the Indianapolis Youth Orchestra and received Honorable Mention in the Muncie Symphony Competition. Congratulations!

Daniel Larsen is one of 40 finalists (out of 1800 contestants) to win a major scholarship from the Regeneron Science Talent Search. The last round of the Talent Search will be held in Washington, DC in March. Go for it, Daniel!!!

Happy New Year! 2022 has a good ring to it with many wonderful things ready to unfold. Keep your eyes on our calendar for the concerts and master classes.

We also are welcoming Sarah Le Van who will be joining our faculty. She has been teaching the last years in her hometown of Los Angeles. Currently, she is at the JSoM completing  her MM degree. Sarah is also a beautiful singer.

Private lessons begin on Monday, January 10th. Group classes will begin Saturday, January 15th. Confirm your private lessons with your private teacher.

Abby Ko is the first prize winner of the Carmel Symphony Competition and will be performing with the Carmel Symphony. She also just won the Carmel High School Competition and will be performing Tchaikovsky Concerto first movement with her orchestra soon.

Cooper Olsen is the first prize winner of the Michael Ben & Illene Komisarow Maurer Young Musicians Competition and will be performing with the Indianapolis Symphony on March 5, 2022.

Abby Ko is the 3rd prize winner of the Michael Ben & Illene Komisarow Maurer Young Musicians Competition.

Miranda Isbitts received an Award of Excellence in the Michael Ben & Illene Komisarow Maurer Young Musicians Competition.
