Alice Zheng and her piano quartet from the Summer String Academy won 1st place in the New York Young Virtuoso Competition. They will perform at Carnegie Weil Hall on November 10, 2026 Ella Hightower won first prize at the Bloomington Symphony Competition. Alina Sukolina won 2nd prize at the Bloomington Symphony Competition.

Catelijne was the 1st place winner of the Mauer Competition. She will perform with the Indianapolis Symphony on March 18, 2026. Bravo to her!

Congratulations to Vanessa Venesky on being named the winner in the Indiana MTNA Competition “Junior Performance.”

Joint concert rehearsal at WH Lee Violin Shop and Curtiss Hall with the Virtuosi from JSoM String Academy,UWM, Northwestern University, and Falls Baptist. Jinjoo Cho gave a fabulous master class the following day for the JSoM String Academy violinists.
