Dr. Pierce led a team of student researchers to complete a sponsorship effectiveness evaluation for IU Sports Properties. The students collected data at two IU football games. Amassing a dataset of over 500 responses, students analyzed the data to provide IU Sports Properties with results on brand recognition and effectiveness in marketing through IU football. Students learned how to collect data, analyze data in SPSS, and visualize data in Tableau.
