This is a reminder that by April 30, staff must participate in an Annual Performance Conversation and an Expectation Conversation. Annual Performance conversation guides should be emailed to IUSB Human Resources at iusbhr1@iu.edu.

This is a reminder about deadlines for 2024 Annual Performance and 2025 Expectation Conversations. By April 30, staff employees must participate in an Annual Performance Conversation reviewing 2024 and an Expectation Conversation for 2025 with their supervisors.

This virtual training focuses on bringing learning back to student employment positions. We talk about different ways this can be accomplished including learning outcomes in job descriptions tied to the Profiles of Learning, professional development plans, and incorporating learning style preferences into position duties.
