- OTC Guaifenesin
- Take 200 mg tablet
- Orally every 4 hours and drink plenty water (follow instructions on medication)
- OTC Cetirizine (Zyrtec)
- Take it once or twice daily until symptoms/allergies resolve (follow instructions on medication)
- Phenylephrine
- 10 mg orally every 4 hours
- Max 60mg/24° (follow instructions on medication)
- Shower “soothers:
- Eucalyptus shower bombs
- Hot water
When to Visit Healthcare Provider?
- Worsening of Symptoms
- Fever 100° or above
- Shortness of breath
- Change color nasal and/or lung/chest discharge
