This is a reminder about deadlines for 2024 Annual Performance and 2025 Expectation Conversations.
By April 30, full-time staff must participate in:
1. An Annual Performance Conversation reviewing 2024. Your leader should schedule this conversation and is responsible for the attestation.
2. An Expectation Conversation for 2025. Your leader should schedule this conversation, but you are responsible for completing the online attestation by May 15. The attestation is available at the program website and at One.IU—search for “Performance at IU.”
