Join the American Democracy Project at IU South Bend for a DEBATE WATCH PARTY as U.S. Senate candidates Valerie McCray (D) and Andy Horning (L) faceoff in a live televised debate. Free food, debate watch bingo, and special prizes will be provided.
WHEN: Tuesday, October 29, 2024 (Party at 6:30, Debate Airs Live from 7:00 – 8:00 PM ET)
WHO: Family and friends are welcome to join members of the IU South Bend community at this special event in student housing.
WHERE: Community Building in River Crossing Campus Housing, 1735 Titan Drive (South Bend)
Arrive at 6:30 PM to hear remarks about the event from the American Democracy Team and to grab some food prior to the start of the event.
The debate will air live at 7 pm.
ADP Director Elizabeth Bennion will be in Indianapolis leading the Commission that is producing the debate, but our experienced team of student Democracy Fellows will be onsite to answer questions and ensure a great experience for all attendees. JOIN US FOR FOOD, FUN, AND FELLOWSHIP!
