Thank you for attending the AOD-I forum on Friday, Jan. 12. There are lots of moving parts as we transition to a new organizational structure. The purpose of the Academic Organizational Design Implementation Steering Committee (AOD-I) is to help shepherd the completion of tasks required to implement the new structure by Fall 2024. While this work happens within units, our charge is to facilitate coordination and communication among units.
The January forum provided updates on where we are in the process and included responses to questions we have received from the Transitions Monitoring team. The slides and link to the recording are available in the AOD-I Teams channel. We appreciate your input and feedback.
