Tuesday, September 20th – Constitutional Rights in Post-Roe America (4:00 – 5:30PM, University Grill)
The American Democracy Project will host a panel discussion with Q&A and discussion in this event on the Constitution, privacy rights, and how the recent Court decision overturning Roe will affect people in Indiana and throughout the USA. This event is co-sponsored by the QSA, FSU, and CJSO student organizations.
Join us in the University Grill. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
Panelists will include: Professors April Lidinsky and Stacie Merken, Alumni Cassandra Castro and Kayla Isenbletter, and Students Natasha Collins and Peter Loutzenhiser.
Do we still have a right to privacy? What are the limits to this right? What is religious freedom? What is reproductive freedom? Can they coexist? What does the overturning of Roe mean for people’s choices and lives?
Join us for a thoughtful and lively discussion!
