The Saint Joseph County Area Plan Commission welcomes county residents to attend the Comprehensive Plan Summit to get involved in developing the plan. This Summit is the first meeting in a series to learn about how to join a working group, what your role will be, and choosing your group.

Author April Rinne will discuss the 8 superpowers outlined in her book “FLUX” and how St. Joseph County can proactively prepare for change. Rinne will discuss the 8 superpowers for thriving in constant change.
